Very happy to say that the battery lives up to it's advertised performance: have not noticed any difference between this spare and the original battery. Buying directly from manufacturer was too expensive, $$ paid for it is less than half of what original battery cost...
Overall, I'm happy with the battery and the company I purchased it from. They were quick to ship. Had a small issue with the battery, customer service was very prompt and shipped me a new one (free of cost).

The battery works ok. I thought it would last a lot longer than the OEM battery that came with my HP computer but it only lasts about an hour longer.

After reading the positive reviews above I placed an order for this replacement battery for my HP notebook computer. The product was packed very well and shipped promptly. It looked good out of the box; no physical damage. Unfortunately, the battery would not charge in my HP notebook, so I contacted Amazon and they promptly provided means for returning the battery for a credit to my account.
Later in the same day I received a phone call directly from Imac, the battery supplier to Amazon, by an employee named John. He was genuinely concerned that I had received a defective battery and explained that Imac products have an extremely low defect rate. He wanted to make things right and offered to ship a replacement free of charge. I agreed and he shipped the battery.
It arrived the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. He had shipped it overnight. This battery worked perfectly, and I am very happy with the purchase.
I must say this is the most responsive customer service I have ever experienced from any vendor, and I can recommend this product to other customers without hesitation. I could not be happier.

Needed at replacement laptop battery for our HP and didn't really want to spend the $100 plus for a HP branded battery, especially since the original one didn't last but about a year and a half. After ordering, the battery only took a few days to arrive. They were prompt in communicating the tracking number and even had a number to contact them if there was a problem. Once charged, the battery life actually lasted just as long as the factory battery when it was new. The fit and finish are excellent. The HP diagnostics software fully integrated with the battery. I've had the battery now for a few weeks with no noticible issues.
