It is an OK power adapter for the price. The power cord is no good, used a spare I had at home. It does get pretty hot, but so do other adapters I use. It seems to be working fine (1 month of use).

This product works but the box that connects the plug to the computer and to the wall socket gets CRAZY HOT!!! I am scared that it will blow up my computer or melt something. I do not recommend this product! It says HP Spare but it is not made by HP - Which is what I thought I was getting!!

both the power cable and the DC to computer cable were fairly short. very noticeable from the original. other than that aspect it works great and it was cheap!!
