When the charger arrived, it had no packaging aside from a plastic bag and no documentation. When my son plugged it into his computer, it did not charge. We switched to his old power cord to see if that was the issue, but it still didn't work. Very disappointing.

Excellent mainly because it works; had it for a month now. Nothing really special about this but it looks, feels, and operates like an OEM power supply/charger, with a good price through Amazon. It does not seem cheaply made and all wires and adapters work as they should. It shows "HP" on it and does not look like a copy. Hope this helps, as I read many other reviews about other chargers that were DOA or cheaply made and I do recommend this one.



Exceptional was, I have Amazon Prime and only paid $3.99 to get it to me in 1 day while visiting Chicago. If you do not have Amazon Prime, look into it and get most things from Amazon in 1 or 2 days. I am only a happy customer and am not affiliated with Amazon in any other way.
